Privacy

LAST UPDATED · AUGUST 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 10x.ai collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit this website, use the AI-assisted intake, apply to the Co-Founders Lab, or otherwise contact us.

Information you provide.

When you submit an intake or application, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, work email, company, message, and the conversation you have with the intake. We also store the resulting recommendation or classification, a session identifier, whether you used the main or Lab intake, the page where you submitted it, and the submission time.

When you subscribe to The multiplier, request a podcast launch email, or join a product waitlist, we collect the work email you provide, the list or product you selected, the page or form where you subscribed, and the submission time.

Please only provide information you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, or unrelated confidential information.

AI-assisted intake.

To generate follow-up questions and route a request, the intake conversation may be processed by Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on which provider is configured. The intake can also use a rules-based fallback when no AI provider is available. The model output is a recommendation, not a final decision or a promise of engagement.

In the current flow, the conversation is sent for follow-up and classification before the contact step. The name, email, and company entered at the final contact step are not intentionally sent to an AI provider as part of that classification request. Once you submit, the visitor-side conversation, classification summary, and contact information are delivered to our designated Slack channel and may also be stored together as an intake record when the optional archive is enabled.

How we use information.

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to you and route your request to the appropriate person;
  • manage newsletter, podcast-launch, and product-waitlist subscriptions you request;
  • review founder applications and potential advisory, build, product, media, or community opportunities;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and intake;
  • prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use; and
  • comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights.

We do not sell intake conversations or contact details. We do not intentionally send intake conversations to website analytics.

Service providers.

We use the following service providers to operate this website and intake:

  • Anthropic or OpenAI processes intake conversation text when the corresponding AI provider is enabled. Review the providers' privacy information at ANTHROPIC ↗ and OPENAI ↗.
  • Supabase, when the optional archive is enabled, hosts submitted intake records, including the conversation, classification, contact details, source page, and submission mode, as well as requested newsletter and waitlist subscriptions. It also provides shared abuse-rate counters. Review SUPABASE PRIVACY ↗.
  • Slack is the required internal delivery destination for form submissions. Intake deliveries include your name, email, company, visitor-side conversation, session identifier, source page, and a summary of the request and recommendation. Newsletter, podcast-launch, and waitlist deliveries include your email and the list or originating form you selected. Resend, when configured, may send an additional internal intake notification. Review SLACK PRIVACY ↗ and RESEND PRIVACY ↗.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse. It may process a verification token, IP address, and technical signals about the request. Review the CLOUDFLARE PRIVACY POLICY ↗.
  • Vercel hosts the site and provides Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These services process technical, page-usage, and performance information such as pages viewed, browser or device details, timestamps, network information, and page-response measurements. Review the VERCEL PRIVACY NOTICE ↗.
  • Google Analytics and Meta Pixel help us understand site usage and measure the results of campaigns. They may process page views, interactions, referral information, browser or device details, IP-derived location, and online identifiers. Review GOOGLE PRIVACY ↗ and META PRIVACY ↗.

We may also disclose information within 10x.ai, when you direct us to do so, to complete a business transaction, or where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect people, the service, or our rights.

Retention and deletion.

We retain intake and contact records in our Slack workspace, and in Supabase when the optional archive is enabled, while we review and respond to a request and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary for operational records, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. A fixed automatic deletion period is not currently applied to intake records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable. Service providers may retain limited records under their own agreements, workspace retention settings, and legal obligations.

We retain a newsletter, launch-list, or waitlist record while the relevant list is active or until you ask us to remove it, subject to limited records we may retain to honor an opt-out or meet legal and security obligations.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information linked to you. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision. These rights may be limited where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and international processing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to submit. Our team and service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.

Children.

This website and intake are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Changes and contact.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the current version.

For questions or a privacy request, email a@10x.ai with the subject “10x.ai privacy request.” Including the email address used for the intake and, if available, the session identifier will help us locate the record.
